I am a mom of three amazing little boys, pursuing my life dreams by helping people reach their health and fitness goals while getting back on track with my own personal weight loss journey. Choosing to get trained in TLS weight loss has been the best decision I could have made, and I am here to share my personal journey along the way.
As I work towards eliminating processed sugars from my life, and eating foods that are super healthy, as well as yummy, I will be sharing not only my experiences, but my favorite new recipes. There really is no reason to eat food that is not good for you when there are so many very delicious choices out there.
